When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment. Please note, because we work with a range of suppliers, some items may ship separately or take a bit longer. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in 6 – 15 business days, depending on your location.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.
Why was my large order held or cancelled?
To protect all customers from fraud, we sometimes ask for additional verification on unusually large or high-risk orders. If this happens, our team will reach out to you quickly. Thank you for understanding!
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return unused products within 30 days in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
Do I need tools to assemble the furniture?
Usually not. Most of our products are designed for tool-free assembly or require only minimal tools (e.g., a screwdriver).

Why do you ask for ID on large orders?

Are your products suitable for rented apartments?
Absolutely. Our entire selection is curated for temporary living, so you can enjoy comfort and style without drilling or renovating.
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes — no account is needed to shop with us.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet, but we’re working on minimalist gift - ready options soon.
Where can I check my order status?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive confirmation and tracking info via email. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Please contact us as soon as possible.

Are shipping fees or payment fees refundable?
