Orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days.

Delivery takes approximately 6–15 business days, depending on your location.

We offer free worldwide shipping.

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Iran, or Israel at this time.

Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

In rare cases, local customs may apply a small import duty. This is uncommon, but if it happens — reach out to us at support@vivenday.com.

If your order is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be returned to the supplier. In this case, we may deduct 15 $ from your refund to cover the return shipping cost.

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fees apply

We do not accept returns for:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Clearance or final sale products

Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the item and place a new order for what you’d like.
